Effective: October 7, 2026 • Applies to: YourKeyWithTee Real Estate, SWA Tax
1. Scope and service brands
This Policy covers Triumphant Enterprises LLC and inquiries made through its affiliated service brands: YourKeyWithTee Real Estate, and SWA Tax. Particular professional engagements may have additional privacy disclosures and legally required notices.
2. Information we collect
We may collect contact information, service interests, appointment and inquiry details, information you choose to provide, SMS and email preferences, and records of communication and consent. Depending on the service and only through an appropriate secure process, separate professional engagements may require financial, property, identity, or tax information. Website hosting and form providers may also process technical information, such as device details, IP addresses, and submission timestamps.
3. How information is used
Information may be used to answer inquiries, coordinate appointments, provide requested services after an appropriate engagement is established, administer communications and consent, prevent fraud, comply with law, preserve records, and—only with appropriate separate permission—send promotional messages.
4. Real estate information
Real estate inquiries may involve desired location, budget, timeline, housing preferences or property details. When brokerage services are involved, information may be handled under the requirements of the sponsoring brokerage and applicable agency, confidentiality and real estate regulations. We will provide required brokerage notices separately.
5. Tax return information
Tax return information and taxpayer records are subject to special confidentiality protections, including applicable federal tax preparer rules under Internal Revenue Code section 7216. We use and disclose such information only where legally permitted or with a valid, legally sufficient consent when required. General website or SMS consent is NOT authorization to use or disclose tax return information for unrelated marketing.
6. SMS consent and mobile information
The SMS programs may include (a) service-related updates and appointment reminders and (b) separate promotional messages for the service brands. Each category requires its own voluntary affirmative opt-in. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance, or call (214) 557-4731. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from other data-sharing categories; message providers may process information only to deliver messages on our behalf.
7. Information sharing
We may share limited information with authorized technology and professional service providers supporting hosting, CRM, scheduling, communications and secure processing, subject to appropriate restrictions, or where required by law. Separately regulated tax return information will not be shared beyond what tax law permits. An inquiry about one service does not automatically authorize cross-marketing by another service.
8. Security and retention
We seek to use safeguards reasonably appropriate to the type of data handled, including restricting access to authorized personnel and using secure systems for sensitive documents. No online system is risk-free. Information is kept as necessary for authorized services, documented consent, legal compliance and legitimate recordkeeping, then deleted or disposed of as appropriate.
9. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to correct contact details, update your messaging choices, or request information about your data subject to any lawful restrictions or retention obligations. Reply STOP to stop text messages. Applicable state or federal privacy rights may provide additional options.
10. Children and third-party sites
The public inquiry form is directed to adults. We do not knowingly solicit personal data directly from children under 13. Links to independent sites are governed by those parties’ policies.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as practices or laws change. Material changes affecting consent may require a new opt-in. For privacy questions, contact Triumphant Enterprises LLC at (214) 557-4731 or th.triumphantenterprises@gmail.com.
