Sponsor and prize
Triumphant Enterprises LLC is the sponsor. One (1) winner will be awarded a $200 Visa gift card, subject to issuer terms. Approximate retail value: $200.
How to enter
No purchase necessary. During the announced entry period, complete the entry form at this website. Limit one entry per person. A purchase, tax filing, consultation, referral, social-media follow, or agreement to marketing messages is not required.
Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Texas aged 18 or older; sponsor's employees, household members and immediate family are excluded. Void where prohibited. Sponsor should confirm geographic restrictions with counsel.
Drawing and winner notice
The sponsor will select a potential winner at random after the published closing date. The potential winner will be contacted directly at the email address provided. Public social announcements may follow, subject to applicable privacy requirements. An alternative winner may be selected if a potential winner is ineligible or does not respond within the time specified in the finalized rules.
Privacy and optional marketing
Contact information is used to administer the giveaway and contact a potential winner. Optional marketing consent is separate and not required to enter. See the Privacy Policy.
